Her injuries interrupted our business and I became her full-time caregiver. After many treatments, she is finally well enough to work again and we decided to start the business up again. Her doctor bills were in the thousands and we had to declare Chapter 7 due to them. The BK was discharged in January 2014 and we have been rebuilding our credit since. In order to start the process to open the business up again, we maxed out all our credit cards and therefore are unable to get a bank loan.
