Polara Equity Fund, III provides much needed equity to these projects. Polara Builder Equity Fund will invest equity into acquisition and development projects. The builder will invest equity in each project. Together, Polara and the builder will own the real estate during the construction phase. Polara will secure a specific take-out (either sale or permanent financing) prior to closing on the land. Polara will pay investment returns as lots are sold. Partnerships with top builders and developers create an profitable alternative investment strategy with a highly attractive yield.
