Ocean City Development, located in the Boston area, buys, renovates and resells residential real estate. Since our inception we have bought and sold over 100 properties. We buy discounted properties that are typically not available to other buyers(not on a multiple listing service). Because of this, we are not competing with other investors on price and are able to have a healthy profit margin on all of our deals.
