This master-planned, mixed use subdivision will consist of 650 traditional multi-family units, 222 BTR units, 106 for-sale, single-family homes and 222 for-sale townhomes. Additionally, the project will have 1-acre park and 3 acres of light retail designed to support the owners and tenants with services.
