Company Overview
We started our Real Estate business in 1998 in Palm Desert Ca and have been very successful. Our average ROI for our investors was 74%. We worked closely together with the City of Palm Desert and have a letter of reference from them. Our business was thriving when my wife was rear-ended in a car accident. Her injuries interrupted our business and I became her full-time caregiver. After many treatments, she is finally well enough to work again and we decided to start the business up again. Her doctor bills were in the thousands and we had to declare Chapter 7 due to them. The BK was discharged in January 2014 and we have been rebuilding our credit since. In order to start the process to open the business up again, we maxed out all our credit cards and therefore are unable to get a bank loan. We are looking for someone to give us the opportunity again to be back in business. We have a lot of experience in finding that diamond in the rough and know a proven formula to generate above average returns for our investors. We have all our contacts in place such as Escrow and Title Company, Contractors, etc. Please give us the opportunity for a fresh start in business. Thank you!

Our business was thriving when my wife got rear-ended in 2009 and due to her injuries our business came to an abrupt halt. She is finally able to work again and we decided to get back into business. Her enormous medical bills forced us to go BK and the discharge was in January 2014. We like to have the opportunity to re-open our business and get back into the swing!
