MJG Development Group has engaged a wholesale distributor of manufactured homes to be the provider for this development. With a wide variety of models, styles, and floor plans, we will be able to accommodate almost every housing need. With over 350 people on the waiting list for housing assistance in Palm Springs, CA alone, and over 93,000 in Riverside County (2019), we expect the rental units to be occupied on a regular basis. As a startup company MJG Development Group will seek initial capital for its planned Phase 1 of development from private investors and real estate funding groups. UPDATE: Sept. 20, 2019 MJG Development Group has been APPROVED by a real estate funding group for a business line of credit. The final requirement for funding is to verify the 10% "skin in the game" which can come from any source.
