GENERAL

About Crowdigy

Crowdigy is a pioneer in the equity crowdfunding industry. We're a discovery platform that helps you find startups and companies raising capital through Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF), Regulation D (Reg D), and Regulation A+ (Reg A+) offerings. Think of us as a search engine for startup investment opportunities—aggregating deals from across the ecosystem so you can discover your next investment in one place.
No. Crowdigy is an information platform only—you cannot make investments through our site. When you find a company you're interested in, we provide links to the registered funding portal or broker-dealer where that company's offering is hosted. All investments happen on those external platforms, not on Crowdigy.
No. Crowdigy is not a registered broker-dealer or funding portal, and is not a member of FINRA. We are purely an information and discovery platform. We do not facilitate, process, or handle any investments or securities transactions.
Crowdigy offers premium listing services for companies seeking to increase their visibility. We also provide consulting services to help companies optimize their fundraising strategies. We do not charge users any fees to browse or discover companies on our platform.
INVESTORS

For Investors

Use our Explore page to browse companies by industry, stage, or funding type. You can also search for specific companies or follow companies to receive updates. When you find one you're interested in, click through to view their offering on the external funding portal where the investment actually takes place.
Investing in startups and early-stage companies is highly speculative and involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. These investments are illiquid, meaning you may not be able to sell your shares for years, if ever. Most startups fail. You should only invest money you can afford to lose completely and should diversify across multiple investments.
Regulation Crowdfunding allows companies to raise up to $5 million per year from both accredited and non-accredited investors. Investments must be made through SEC-registered funding portals or broker-dealers. There are limits on how much non-accredited investors can invest based on their income and net worth.
Regulation D provides exemptions from SEC registration for private placements. Rule 506(b) allows unlimited raising from accredited investors and up to 35 sophisticated non-accredited investors, but prohibits general solicitation. Rule 506(c) allows general solicitation but requires all investors to be verified accredited investors.
Regulation A+ allows companies to raise up to $75 million per year from both accredited and non-accredited investors. Unlike Reg CF, there are no individual investment limits for investors. Companies must file an offering statement with the SEC and provide ongoing reporting.
Any investments you make are held with the funding portal or broker-dealer where you made the investment, not with Crowdigy. You'll receive updates and documentation from those platforms. Crowdigy does not hold, manage, or track your investments—we only help you discover opportunities.
COMPANIES

For Companies

Companies raising capital can create a profile on Crowdigy to increase visibility. Visit our "List Your Company" page to get started. We offer various listing tiers with different levels of visibility and support, from free basic listings to premium featured placements.
To create a compelling profile, you'll need your company information, founding team details, business model description, funding goals, and any relevant media (logos, pitch decks, videos). For premium listings, we help optimize your content for maximum visibility.
Basic listings are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Premium listings include expedited review. We verify that companies are legitimately raising capital through compliant offering structures before approving listings.
We offer a free basic listing tier and several premium tiers with enhanced visibility and features. Visit our pricing page for current rates. We never take a percentage of funds raised—our fees are straightforward subscription-based pricing.
No. Crowdigy is a visibility and discovery platform only. Your actual fundraising must be conducted through a registered funding portal or broker-dealer. We help investors find you, but we do not process investments, hold funds, or facilitate securities transactions.
