Zipline Green was founded in 2012 with the goal of developing technologies for sustainable infrastructure to be constructed across the world.

Solution
Zipline Green’s solution has morphed and matured over the years from the first concept — an energy neutral train — to today’s comprehensive solution that utilizes renewably powered integrated infrastructure, and a unique implementation process to fuel economic and social development over the long term. Renewably Powered Integrated Infrastructure: The Oasis Guideway System™ includes the foundational technologies necessary to build a strong economic engine: power generation and resiliency; transportation of people and cargo; movement of resources; and communication facilitation. Once these pieces are in place, our client communities have the base structures they need to build their own economic futures.
Strategy
Strategy: Zipline Green believes that business can be a force for good. Because of this, our strategy is aimed at ensuring that our client communities have the skills and resources necessary to both promote as well as continue their social, economic, and environmental development long after project completion. • Local Partnerships - Each of our projects are built, operated and owned by a joint venture between Zipline Green and our local partners. • Local Reinvestment - Zipline Green has committed to invest up to 23% of our project profits into entrepreneurial projects in the country where our project is being built. • Charitable Investment - Zipline Green Foundation will have an endowment for charitable investments worldwide. We have budgeted funds to create a €40 Million endowment fund for each client community. The funds generated will be used for charitable investments in our client communities.
Strategy (cont)
• Job Creation - Job creation is the driver for most economic and civil development. Zipline Green’s projects create a vast number of direct, indirect, and induced jobs in our client communities. • Workforce Development - Of equal importance to creating jobs is developing the skills of the local workforce to be able to successfully fill them. Integral to every project, Zipline Green develops and delivers vocational education programs in areas such as Construction & Maintenance; Electric & Electronic Systems; Software Programming & Testing; Warehousing & Logistics. These programs develop skills which can be applied to various other projects that follow, regardless of our involvement. • Local Manufacturing & Assembly - Rather than procuring materials and/or components assembled elsewhere, Zipline Green strongly prefers to use locally (or regionally) assembled products—such as solar panels — that meet our high quality standards.
Business as a Force for Good
Very few, if any, for-profit companies take an active and long term position in helping developing economies pull themselves up by their bootstraps. By partnering with these communities — our client communities — we are helping them to help themselves.

Global Footprint
The African Market has become Zipline Green’s target market. PARTNERS Zipline Green’s business model is based on working with local partners. Therefore, we have joint venture companies. Our partners begin as the advocates for projects and end as part owners of the project itself. Zipline Green owns a majority stake in all these companies. PROSPECTS As we interact with more nations, word is getting around and we have had the opportunity to meet with government representatives of numerous nations. “Prospects” are governments we have met with who have asked us to go down the path of potential partnership with them. The three prospects that are likely to become Partners soon are Angola, Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia.
