Empowered AI is an automated demand forecasting platform for supply chain food and beverage companies. Our platform predicts future consumer product food SKU demand and optimizes inventory by reducing food waste (over-stock) and lost sales (understock). Our deep learning platform evaluates relevant historical & external data sources (weather, health, economic, demographic, etc) and then recommends inventory purchasing strategies to reduce holding costs (goods, storage, expiry).
