With our AI powered tech, companies can gain insights on the health, diversity and bias of their employees. Our current technology infrastructure is failing our organizations as there is limited change in employee behavior resulting in high employee turnover. Using Upclusion's data driven tools, companies are able to collect and analyze employee data and gain insights into their health, diversity and bias, as well as what areas of improvement exist for employees and employers alike. The Talking Stick
We are the first SaaS platform to be able to provide video integration with existing video conferencing platforms in order to capture data about team dynamics via verbal cues. The data collected is transformed into a personalized and interactive dashboard that gets updated after each call. Employees will get further insight into their inclusion score which reveals their ability to connect with others and contribute meaningfully to meetings. During the meetings itself, individuals can also request to speak in a non-intrusive way allowing the host to manage participation. Whereas those who are not contributing enough are nudged, to share their thoughts and feedback. This data is shared to the company’s respective HR representatives as well through a HR Dashboard. This will help them to be apprised of all the glaring issues in their culture and find creative solutions.
Unbiasedly
Unbiasedly mission is to help companies advance in the right direction by connecting them to our certified DEI coaches. This will enable companies to implement their D&I practices with more ease and success. These coaches will get the data from The Talking Stick that includes their bias and inclusion score. This will allow the coaches to customize a coaching session that will address the team members bias and hope to provide them with a new and different perspective that is more inclusive and diverse. All our coaches are native to the country that each organization is in to facilitate ease of communication. These coaching sessions can be booked voluntarily by an individual team member or also be recommended by the HR representative based off the data from their dashboard.
