Company Overview
Three Odd Guys Brewing will be a microbrewery serving Apopka and the greater Central Florida area. The brewery will utilize a brew system with production capacity of 2,000 barrels in the initial year of operation. These beers will be distributed to restaurants, bars and grocers in kegs and bottles. Primarily the beer sales will be generated from our taproom inside the brewery. The taproom will provide the largest public point of presence for the company, allow direct retail sales, and space to hold events. The taproom will be a shared space with an experienced pizzeria owner and business known as Apopka Pizza. Three Odd Guys Brewing is an LLC owned and operated by Trod Buggs, Phillip Deems, Josh Hoag, Chris Sutton and Young Kim. This is a group of long-time neighbors, accomplished home brewers with a commitment to the community. We chose to locate our brewery in downtown Apopka because we want to promote the revitalization of our hometown. Downtown continues to transform into a destination for eating, drinking, and entertainment. This location is prime to our long-term success as a result of the recent changes to the City of Apopka Code of Ordinances, Part II, Chapter 6 -Alcoholic beverages, updated regulations to get Apopka and the downtown poised for economic opportunities that will allow alcoholic beverage sales in a more diversified atmosphere within the designated community redevelopment area. The City has recognized that brewpubs and wine bars make up a new and emerging independent market segment within Florida. Local independent breweries have emerged as a competitive market segment enabling many downtowns to become economically viable again. Our vision for growth will focus on increasing our market penetration, distribution footprint, brewery output and retail sales. Long-term growth goals include increased brewing capacity and greater focus on retail sales.

Craft Beer Brewery
Three Odd Guys Brewing will be a distribution brewery with a tasting room at the brewery location. The initial offering of brews will consist of 4 constantly produced varieties and various special release beers. This will include special release small runs for the tasting room only. A business manufacturing malt beverages are highly regulated by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) and Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) is the Florida state government agency which licenses and regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco, while the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, which regulates and collects taxes on trade and imports of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms within the United States.
