Formed in January 2017, SuiteCentric LLC, an authorized Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider and reseller, is seeking an investment of $2,000,000 in order to scale our growth in order to deliver on a forecasted $126 million project that we have already been awarded and are underway on. The client is a well known multi-billion dollar company. The primary focus of our company is to deliver best-in-class professional services on the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. Most mid-market to enterprise level business run their company on some sort of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system at the heart of which is a company’s accounting needs. ERP systems allow for the automation of several key business functions that intersect with a company’s accounting requirements, for example inventory, multi-subsidiary management, manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, operations, eCommerce, warehouse management, and more. Formed in 1998, NetSuite was one of the first cloud-based Software-as-a-service companies that started primarily as an accounting platform. Over time the company has evolved into a global player in the ERP space going against SAP, JD Edwards and Oracle. In 2016, Oracle acquired NetSuite to be its primary ERP solution in the cloud. This acquisition was expected for some time as Larry Ellison was a primary investor in NetSuite and many of the founding members of NetSuite had come from Oracle. Due to its ease of customization and the demand for talented resources in the cloud ERP space, there are likely hundreds of professional services agencies that offer NetSuite consulting.
