Company Overview

We are inviting forward-thinking investors to join us on an impactful journey aimed at safeguarding children & revolutionizing the American school system. Our product will save children's lives & enhance the efficiency of U.S. schools and daycares. The U.S. spends a colossal $670 billion annually on K-12 education - $13,185 per student, and this sector is ripe for disruption. Despite the educational technology (EdTech) industry's significant expansion, valued at $85 billion in 2021 and projected to soar to $230 billion by 2028, crucial areas related to the daily operation of schools have been overlooked. Manual attendance systems, inefficiencies, and lack of integration in "housekeeping" tasks contribute to a fractured and outdated educational infrastructure. Our platform seeks to introduce a comprehensive, cost-effective solution integrating parental involvement, school optimization, and child safety that has been long-overdue. We aim to leverage repurposed technology to penetrate this under-exploited market segment and employ an innovative sales and marketing strategy. Instead of engaging with traditional decision-makers often resistant to change, we target the real power brokers - the parents. Our campaign focuses on social media content, stirring parents' advocacy for implementing our Software as a Service (SaaS) in schools. Our sales strategy blends traditional and SLM Direct sales approaches, an unprecedented move in the EdTech field. A unique feature of our product allows schools the flexibility to continue with their existing hardware or opt for our integrated hardware solutions. Such flexibility ensures a range of pricing tiers, broadening our product's appeal across a diverse audience.

Products & Services

Simply Safe School App

Our mobile application will allow modern smartphones to function as RFID card- readers for children’s attendance. Schools can either require each student to scan their card upon entry and exit or purchase the premium tablet in which case any student walking into the entrance will automatically be scanned in or out. This removes the burden of having to track attendance and notify parents from overworked teachers and school support staff.

ParentPay

One of the core features of our expanded platform is the integrated payment and spending system linked to each child in both a school and daycare setting. Parents will have the option to pay all tuition, school and daycare fees, and add money to their child’s account. This will utilize the same RFID card and parental app. Parents will be able to set limits and rules on their child’s purchases. A small transaction fee will be charged for the use of this service.
