Cooper NDT, now a DBA of Q1A was formed, operated and managed by Dwayne Cooper in 2014 focusing on providing expert Level 3 services including consulting, training, auditing, and qualification examinations.

Combining with the NDT customers of Cooper NDT, Q1A can provide needed products and services at a reduced price in order to support the preferred materials and services by means of: NDT Materials Supply; NDT Materials Testing; NDT Supporting Equipment; NDT Supporting Equipment Calibrations (CALIBRATION SERVICES COMING SOON!)
