A Micro brewery located in Holyoke Massachusetts that has concentrated in the past five years in contract and tenant brewing.. The brewery is located on the fifth floor of an old mill building in the town of Holyoke, Massachusetts. The brewery consists of a 20 bbl brewhouse and 27 20bbl brewing tanks. We presently bottle and keg beer in this in this spacious facility. I contract brew and bottle various styles of beer for numerous companies. While having much success as a contract brewer, I would like to expand back into our own brand and open a retail establishment on the first floor of the building that we are currently located. In order to do this I would like to purchase the building and renovate part of the first floor to a tap and tasting room. In the future I woul like to reopen the theater as a music venue. I presently own all the brewing and bottling equipment outright I would like to add a canning line in the future. SO WHY NOW ? Holyoke has always been a tough town t do business in. After being here for twenty plus years you know all the ins and outs of the town you live in. This city has always been known as an unsafe undesirable place to be. This seems to be changing as the arts community has taken some hold in the downtown section of the city. I have included some news links to be browsed. HOW WOULD THIS WORK. This funding is basically to purchase the building, install sprinklers to the theater area and finish the bathrooms. I would use the funds to buy the building under the corporation (Winter Palace Theater, INC.) and do the renovations. The brewery would continue and rent space on the top floor, fourth floor and first floor. The theater would be used for additional income via rentals, events, concerts and brew festivals. No other money would be borrowed against Winter Palace Theater, Inc. while these notes are still due.
