Background and Brief History Incorporated in 2006, OxiCool is a Philadelphia based C Corp that has developed the energy-efficient Idle Reduction technology, with the primary aim of deploying it in medium- and heavy-duty trucks in North America (NA) and Europe (EU). The Company plans to eventually extend its areas of application to the Home air conditioners, two-wheeler markets in Asia, US military, and other applications. Technology OxiCool’s unique molecular sieve-based cooling technologies differ from traditional systems in three primary ways. I. OxiCool’s system runs on heat energy, a clean, efficient source of power that can significantly reduce operating costs. II. The closed-loop system uses water as its refrigerant, which can cycle an unlimited number of times with no environmental impact. III.
