With the rapid growth of telehealth, due in part to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are creating technology resources for remote medicine. Medical practitioners have measured patient vital signs for millennia as a means to assess essential bodily function. Extensive research supports that vital sign thresholds predict mortality, morbidity, surgery, need for transfusions, and life-saving interventions and guide resuscitation in the prehospital and emergency departments. There is currently no widely used device for the remote utility of vital signs. Our device solves this problem by allowing medical professionals to collect patient vitals in real-time. This enables hospital resources to be utilized effectively and allows for patients to seek advanced rapid health care from anywhere. Once the device is connected it will begin to immediately collect patient vitals (HR, HRV, RR, Temp, BP, SpO2, ECG) and transmit them to their provider.
