Dolfin is a Fintech company that finances tenant improvements (“TI”) for mission critical assets via fully amortizing leases, which allows tenants and landlords to free up their capital for higher ROI core business opportunities.
We offer better terms, longer maturities, lease treatment and quicker closes than the current industry standard.
With the present market turbulence this opportunity is timely, and we believe we can scale the company effectively by introducing an alternate source of capital for tenant improvement projects. We are focused on the continuing build of an automated lending platform to source, underwrite, close, and monitor TI loans on behalf of tenants and landlords such that the business can scale to >$1billion in annual volume by year 5. We have a robust pipeline and are in the process of closing 3 deals, with a weighted projected revenue of ~2m for this year. We would like to continue our momentum in both our pipeline and technology by closing out our seed round in the coming weeks.
