Death & Co is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with DealMaker Securities as the Broker-Dealer. It is a well-established cocktail brand that is now growing into bars, hotels, retail sales, books, and online presence. Death & Co serves high-quality ready-to-drink cocktails and is an award-winning name in the industry. The company has six revenue streams, generated $14 million in revenue in 2024, and now plans to generate more revenue through cocktail books and media, education platforms, and its expansion into cocktail bars and hotels. David Kaplan and Alexander Day founded Death & Co in June 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $9.4 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for working capital, brand acquisitions, marketing, purchase of production equipment, and product research and development.
