We are a company that is focused on helping small service businesses thrive in their space. We have created an app to organize appointments, send professional invoices and estimates to improve client communication to greatly improve small businesses The company started when Luis (owner of a landscaping company) and I(Micah a software developer) came to me to create an app to better organize his company. He was having a hard time keeping track of all his clients. Luis has hundreds of clients he has to keep track of each week for routine maintenance, plus keep track of several projects at once. At the time, his wife would spend hours at the end of each month sending out bills via snail mail and figuring out who has paid and who still owes for the work the company had performed. I started to get all the requirements from him and we imagined how his life would look if he had an app to track all of this information for him. Fast forward 3 years later, we have created an application for both Apple and Android phones that solved his problems and the problems of many other businesses that are just like his. All of his headaches of figuring out what client work was done and on what day are days of the past. He now knows exactly what addresses need to be completed and how to get there. Clients are reminded automatically via text message that he is coming and when the job is finished and are billed automatically right from the app at the end of every month. The app also gives his client 7 different ways to pay him. Luis has since "fired" his wife and has no more headaches at the end of the month when it is time to bill. His clients love the communication and have even asked about his "team" (the app) because of how organized he has become. The app has only a few customers on it today and we are looking for funding to be able to expand faster into the market and add more features to help as many small businesses as possible
