A similar product was developed by a company named TrueBill.com that was bought by the parent company of Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Companies ticker symbot RKT) in December of 2021 for $1.275 Billion.
Since its founding in 2015, TrueBill.com (now named Rocket Money) has saved its customers over $245 Million. And it virtually has no competition.
By combining critical AI solutions with real human intelligence and competent domestic advisory services, BizKeeper has been able to make high-value propositions to it clients, commanding an average of $1800 in annual revenue per customer. On the cost side, BizKeeper has been able to keep its labor and overhead costs down allowing it to maintain 20% profitability, or $360 annually per client, due to its technology solutions and proprietary processes and procedures.
Currently BizKeeper is looking for a first-round of funding of $750,000 to finalize development of its recurring subscription cancelation app, refine and test its marketing strategies, and acquire another tax accounting firm to show how it can mold existing bookkeeping and tax accounting firms into BizKeeper advisory offices.
With the initial investment, BizKeeper hopes to capture enough market share of the accounting services, tax advisory, and tax preparation industries to achieve a valuation of $65 million in the next five years.

This site is a new app coming online in 2024. It is being developed by BizKeeper to compete with Rocket Money. Rocket Money started in 2016 in Maryland under the name of Truebill.com. Truebill managed to enroll over one million subscribers in 5 years. The primary utility Truebill offered to enroll so many subscribers was the ability to cancel .unwanted recurring subscriptions.. In the onboarding process, KillBillz.com users link their bank and credit card accounts to the KillBillz app and give BizKeeper permission to utilize this information in exchange for bill elimination and unwanted subscription cancellation services. This functionality of Truebill was instrumental in the company being bought by Rocket Mortgage for $1.27 billion. Truebill was renamed Rocket Money after the acquiisition.
